The library meeting room is used for all kinds of programs, meetings, and public gatherings. The room can fit approximately 50 people in chairs only, and about 25 comfortably if all tables are used as well. The library holds regular programs for children, teens, and adults in the meeting room, and several local organizations use the room for regular meetings. Private individuals may also reserve the room for birthday parties, showers, etc. Rental fee is $25.00 per day. A cleaning fee of $15.00 is required prior to each event.
If you are interested in reserving the library meeting room, please read, fill out and sign the following document to apply for use of the meeting room. If you are applying for use after or before library hours, please fill out the Key Pickup Form as well. Keys must be picked up in advance during regular library hours. Forms can be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org or dropped off at the library during regular library hours.
Completion of an application form does not guarantee Meeting Room usage. The Meeting Room is filled on a first come, first serve basis.
