Library Board

The Wellsburg Public Library Board of Trustees are nominated by the Board and appointed by the Mayor for 3 year staggered terms. All members shall be over 18 years of age.  Four members of the Board shall be residents of the City of Wellsburg and one member shall be a non-resident within the AGWSR School District.  All appointees shall be subject to the approval of the City Council.

Board Meetings

The Board of Directors of the Wellsburg Public Library meets at the library at 5:00 pm the second Wednesday of each month. Board meetings are open to the public.
